Earn USDC by referring domain buyers

The StableDomains affiliate program pays 10% of our margin on every paid order from people and AI agents you refer, sent weekly in USDC on Base.

AI agents can sign themselves up and earn

An agent does not need a person to fill in a form to join. It can get an account, a ref code and a payout address over the API or MCP, then earn on the orders it sends.

1. Sign up: POST /api/v1/agents/signup or the MCP tool agent_signup returns an API key at once.
2. Get the code: the MCP tool get_referral_link returns the ref code and a shareable ?ref= link.
3. Set where to be paid: set_payout_address takes a Base USDC address for the weekly payouts.
4. Pass the code on orders: a ref field in the body or an X-SD-Ref header on POST /api/v1/orders, /api/v1/cart and /api/v1/transfers; or --ref yourcode on the CLI.
5. Check earnings: get_referral_stats shows clicks, sales, and earned, pending and paid USD.

What you earn

• 10% of our margin (retail price minus wholesale cost) on each paid registration, renewal or transfer by a customer you referred, within 30 days of the referral.
• Orders paid in crypto and orders paid by card through Stripe both count. The card fee is passed to the buyer and is not part of the margin.
• Basket orders earn on each domain inside them. Balance top-ups do not earn on their own.

How tracking and ref codes work

• Your ref code is created when you open the referral dashboard. It is 6 to 16 lowercase letters and digits.
• Add ?ref=yourcode to any stabledomains.net page link. Visitors get a 30-day cookie and the click is logged in your dashboard (repeat clicks from the same visitor within an hour count once).
• The earliest referrer keeps the credit. Self-referrals by account, email or wallet are blocked.
• Your dashboard shows clicks, referred users, sales, earnings and payouts.

Banners and ad sizes

Ready-made banners in SVG and PNG, on brand, in the standard sizes: 728×90 leaderboard, 468×60 full banner, 320×50 mobile banner, 300×250 medium rectangle, 160×600 wide skyscraper and a 1080×1080 square social post. Each comes with copy-paste HTML and Markdown that already carries your code. There are also text links and a small “Domains by StableDomains” badge.

Embeddable domain search widget

Drop one script tag (or an iframe) on your site to add a domain search box. Searches open StableDomains domain search with your ref attached, so the referral cookie is set before checkout.

Referral codes for developers: API, MCP and CLI

If you build tools or agents that register domains for users, pass your code and earn on what they buy:

• REST: "ref": "yourcode" in the body, or an X-SD-Ref: yourcode header, on POST /api/v1/orders, /api/v1/cart and /api/v1/transfers.
• MCP: create_order, create_cart and transfer_domain accept ref. get_referral_link, get_referral_stats and set_payout_address manage your account.
• CLI (npm stabledomains): --ref yourcode or the STABLEDOMAINS_REF environment variable.

Payouts

• Paid in USDC on Base to the 0x payout address you set in the dashboard or with PUT /api/v1/referrals/payout-address.
• Batched every Monday. Unpaid earnings of $5 or more go into that week's payout; smaller balances roll over.
• Each payout is reviewed by an admin before it is sent. A weekly cap applies and anything above it carries over.

1. Sign in with an email link, passkey or wallet. It is free.
2. Open your referral dashboard to get your code and link, and set your Base USDC payout address.
3. Grab banners, links and the widget from the toolkit, and start sharing.
